How to Drink this July 4 and Avoid a Hangover

Posted by | 0 comments

I can be a little bit of a health nazi on occasion but sometimes even I like to have a few drinks.  The downside is that I’m a lightweight and I usually feel less than optimal the next morning.   As it turns out there is a way to drink and not suffer the consequences of a hangover.  All you need to do is spend a few bucks on some supplements.  I’ve tried the following formula and it works well.  And yes, you still get a buzz, you just don’t feel like crap afterward. Guess what?  It’s really hard.  After I’ve prepared my meal and about to sit down I get a little compulsion to make sure I have something to entertain myself like my phone or ipad.  I have to fight the urge. When I’ve been...
